Laminar Flow Hood ~ Y1200

A laminar flow hood is a blower hood designed to prevent airborne contamination (bacteria, other spores, etc.). Air passes through a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter, then is diffused in a laminar flow towards the mycologist. It is therefore particularly useful for inoculating petri dishes or bags of seeds/substrates.
